It omits the 4th obvious stance which is something like:

If the climate is changing, shouldn't we know? Can't we please find out using the most effective tools we have?

Whether climate change is happening naturally or due to human impact, and it seems likely to be a bad thing, shouldn't humans look into mitigating our contribution to the warming, whatever portion it actually is?
