Strictly speaking, no; Fox is a creation of the GOP, that was purchased by a man who regards it as a campaign contribution (Rupert Murdoch). Although he's perfectly willing to lose money on it (and probably does on the propaganda/news division, the same way he does on the New York Post); the overall network is profitable. Ergo; Fox `News' is one of the right wing billionaire supported propaganda arms; not a cheap shill prostituting themself for some chump change. It's an important distinction come corrupt omnibus bill writing time.
