While going easy on the 3 time hit-and-run drunk driver? That's the really weird thing about this case. Must be because he took the plea bargain, but she pleaded innocent.

Pushing prosecutions, with the intention, that they are turned down by the jury, to create public awareness, seems like an abuse of the office, even if it is done in a good cause.
BTW in an earlier post here i have mentioned walking on a highway. I had meant highway as translation of autobahn, but that does not seem to be entirely correct. It seems superhighway or controlled access highway is the correct translation. Dictonaries are ambiguous here though. I wonder if various comparisons of speed limits and traffic laws with the US, that i have heared in the past have been a bit off, because they were comparing different types of roads.
