I'm not sure if this story has been discussed here or not. I haven't really been on and it's a week old. But I'm interested in hearing what others have to say on the topic.

A high school student was arrested for terroristic activitoes for writing a short story in which zombies over run his school. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1352542/posts

Am I the only one who thinks that this is taking things a bit too far?
The part of the story I like best is when the judge raises his bond to $5,000 because the charges are so serious!
