Reading: Just got finished reading American Gods, Stardust, Neverwhere and Dark Tower 5
Studying: Nothing at the moment, though there are moments that I contemplate my navel. Oh, I'm looking into Zen meditation and it's possible results with combining it into my already mish-mashed Pagan Practices.
Listening to: Lately I've been listening to Wumpscut, Kidneytheives (she's one person, not a band), Sisters of Mercy, VNV and Bauhaus. Oh yes, my son's incessant wailinig throughout the night, have taken him to doctors, but they have no clue.
Watching: Inuyasha, Family Guy and CSI
Eating: Chicken Strips from Church's Chicken... yummy!
Doing: building a 1/4 scale tension trebuchet, along with a semi-automatic, air/gas blowback operated, 6 bolt capacity crossbow
Plotting: Using said crossbow on Military Movers.

Studying: Absolutely anything and everything about preganancy and childbirth. I just found out yesterday (as some of you may have heard in other threads) that I'm gonna be a dad!
Listening to: Various tracks from OCReMix
Watching: Everybody Loves Raymond on DVD. We have seasons one and two on DVD so far, and I'm working on disc 4 on the second season.
Eating: Fish sandwich.
Doing: Sleeping. I just got done with a major web application upgrade at work. I was working on it from Tuesday morning until Wednesday evening without sleep. I just now woke up from sleeping for 11 hours.
Plotting: Parenthood. Overhauling my family's web site. Overhauling my personal web site. Writing some groovy code I want to write instead of the code I have to write.

Reading: Just finished Quicksilver. What a cheerful ending! :D Now contemplating reading through Jakob Nielsen's "Designing Web Usability" book in more detail than the first time a few years ago when I browsed through it.
Practicing: More drawing.
Listening to: New Order Clan Radio (Warcraft instrumental music!)
Watching: No room for TV. Must cram more computer displays in. *I* control the horizontal and vertical.
Eating: Just finished a Posada burrito. Yum.
Doing: I need to hunt for a job. Given my past experiences, I don't feel very confident in finding anything that uses my computer consulting skills.
Plotting: Overcoming defeatedness.

Its official title is "The Second Annual Gathering of People Dubbed Cool by Anaea." It's going to be pretty 50/50 between sluggites and non-sluggites.

Reading: "For us, the Living," Robert A. Heinlein.
Studying: For the final I have in half an hour. Okay, I'm not studying.
Listening to: Erm, I think it radio's on 101.1
Watching: ...my toes wiggle?
Eating: Apple cobbler
Doing: Wondering why AIM hates my "anaea the blue" SN, but none of my other AIM ones
Plotting: Wouldn't you like to know.

Whatever. SluggCon sounds better.

Q101! I miss it so.

Studying: Not nearly enough. But I don't think I failed Energy and Matter, so I should be safe from now on.
Listening to: The Albion Band - Poor Old Horse
Watching: The Star Wars Trilogy (and being most disgrunled to find that most of the rumours about the changes in the DVD release were true after all).
Eating: A (rather mediocre) Melton Mowbray pork pie.
Doing: Anything but what I should be.
Plotting: An adaptation of the new edition of WFRP to the W40K setting. I'll get started on it properly once the exams have finished.

EDIT: Forgot to close a parenthesis.

Axel, if you're converting WHFB to 40K, you have entirely too much free time.

No, WFRP. As far as I can see, the rules don't actually need that much modification to work. Aside from some tweaks to the combat system, the only real work is in devising and writing up the careers, psychic powers, equipment profiles and new skills for the different setting.

So far, I've written up the contents page.

*Headdesk*
I am quite clearly on smack.
But if you want to create a 40K-based RPG, take a look at the Mordheim rules. They work as well. Inquisitor would probably work as well, but I've never played, so I wouldn't know.

Watching: Soon I'll wander off to watch an old episode of Lost (We're in australia, we're still at episode 14 or so)
Eating: nothing
Doing: Washing
Plotting: Murder - long story.

Mordheim isn't really suitable to be the basis for an RPG; it's still a small-scale battle game. Trying to adapt it to the 40K setting would just produce Necromunda, and since I've already got that (although, actually, I don't have the new edition), there wouldn't be much point.

Attempting to add some general (non-combat-related) skill resolution system to Inquisitor would certainly be possible, but as a combat system for a broader RPG, it's just too over-detailed. I may end up nicking a few ideas from it here and there, though. And it will certainly be a useful resource when figuring out things like weapon profiles and such.

Location: Rereading 20+ years of nifty darn comics!
Reading: L.A. Confidential. And then Sideways. Huzzah for good books that also became good movies!
Watching: Das Boot. The director's cut. I'm almost 3 hours into it, and I feel like I'm the one trapped in a submarine for months. It's good, though.
Listening to: Coldplay; Miller's In the Mood; Mad World (the song at the end of Donnie Darko), stuff like that.
Leaving soon for: Florida! Huzzah for grandparents!
Still coping with: awful, awful heartache, with the aching and crying and the unhappiness and the wa-HOY-ven-mayven! (No huzzahs for unexplained break-ups, no sir.)
Writing: A movie called Future Perfect. Coming soon* to a theater near you. Also, a short story about a Mary Celeste type thing, and cops.
Playing: God of War, on God Mode. Friggin' hard. And then maybe PoP: The Warrior Within.
Doing: sitting here, posting in my underwear... that should be a song.

Location: Up on Housing Project Hill.
Reading: The Third Policeman by Flann O'Brien, or whatever you want to call him.
Studying: I decided I would make an effort to brush up on me German a few weeks back, but it never really happened.
Listening to: "Stawberry Fields Forever" by the Beatles.
Watching: Oh, this and that.
Eating: Food is for losers. And boozers.
Doing: Spinning about in my chair with the aid of a wooden walking stick. I like to think that this looks quite stylish, but it probably doesn't.
Plotting: To finally confront that infernal spire that sits on the horizon, mocking me so.
