Hmmm. How about if seeing Slenderman DOESN'T mean that any light is hitting your retinas? Because Slendy is made up of weakly interacting dark matter and has the ability, either through advanced Slenderman technology or innately, to manipulate magnetic fields with such precision that he can induce currents in your brain and make you see whatever he wants? And howsabout if Slendy is sitting nice and and comfy INSIDE YOUR BRAIN while he's doing all this?

Killing him may be a problem.

You know that quote by Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park; "life finds a way"?

Well, I humbly present my own variant of the quote: "humanity will find a way [to destroy anything]"

If you're afraid of Slenderman, this video will cure that. Sure, it will be replaced with a fear of Chuck Norris, but if you're smart, you had that already.

Sorry, I don't fear Chuck Norris. I instead fear the Sluggite Collective.

I enjoy horror, but I always wind up with all the lights in the house on and getting into a horrible loop where I stay up until 2AM reading creepy stories and then have to stay up until 4AM reading funny/happy stories to bring me down. It was no good. And then last summer, the other tenats in my house moved a terrifying wrestling dummy into the basement and I spent about a week wigging out before my brain finally came to my rescue and figured out how to fix the problem of being scared of stuff.

You picture the stuff doing its weird scary nonsense. Little girls singing slowly, spiders crawling over a corpse, Freddy polishing his axe, whatever.

And then you overlay that picture with Yakety Sax.

It's more or less impossible to be scared after that! :kiki:

Now I have the mental image of Freddy with and English accent running around in high speed with his trousers around his ankles.
