It's funny, because it's Superman. (Very slight language warning)

He is but a poor boy, nobody loves him.
Galileo Galileo All you base belong to us!

This has to be the best incarnation of a very overdone joke. Zero Wind Rhapsody. Seriously, even if you hate all your base, give this one a lookover.

http://www.comedycentral.com/tv_shows/t ... onstewart/

LOTS of clips from the daily show with jon stewart. Some of the interviews are a bit boring, but there really is a treasure trove of funny stuff there.

NB: Many of the clips require that you be using IE, they will crash firefox.

A friend just sent me this link.

EvilRulers.com

The site wrote:
A funny list of things characters in James Bond type movies should do differently. Great advice for any evil genius, hero, sidekick, henchman, true love, evil empress, innocent bystander, trusted lieutenant, wicked but beautiful daughter, alien, or legion of doom trooper.

The Evil Overlord list has of course been around forever, but the site does extend it beyond just that. I haven't gone further than the first page (I don't have time) but I wish good fun to anyone who wants to explore.

Oh, and no idea what the content rating is, so be warned all those who are underage or easily offended.

If you are one of those people who grew up watching Saved by the Bell and have seen every episode like five times, then you need to see this:

The Saved By the Bell Quote of the Day (which kind of turned into the Saved By the Bell episode summary). As reviewed by Steve Carey of Poppycock Circus fame.

Well, this isn't WOHPAH, as it hasn't been posted on the forums (that I know of), but this is for cool links, and this is a cool link... but I know plenty of anime fans who, if they do not already have this link, should.

http://www.animemusicvideos.org

It's a huge download site that has tons of AMVs for download. The VCA, a competition on the site, is currently taking final votes.

It is a free membership... however, when I got mine (a good while ago, so it -might- have changed) it took 2 weeks to process. Among other things it cuts down on their bandwidth because people just don't want to wait that long. For those of you who do, you get a lot of AMVs for your own enjoyment, can submit your own AMVs, rate others, ect. Unless you make a donation you'll have annoying donation-asking screens every so often as you browse around.

For those who already have a membership or think to get one, a few worthwhile vids are:

Comedy

AMV Hell (compilation of comedic shorts)
AMV Hell 2: Son of AMV Hell (compilation of comedic shorts)
--AMV Hell 3 is currently in progress
I Wish I Was a Lesbian (Hilarious, to say the least, FLCL at beginning and others)
FOOTBALL (uses Azumanga Daioh, StrongBad email's song)
Disney in D(schwang) minor (Naruto, Aladdin's One Step Ahead)

Trailers

The Lord of the Yen (Azumanga Daioh, all 3 Lord of the Ring trailers)
Little Tortilla Boy (...if you've heard it, you know what I'm talking about)

Dramatic

Whisper of the Beast (Naruto, obvious anime edits but very well done)
Tribute to Sasuke (Naruto once more)
Tribute to Gaara (Blind Guardian's vers. of Mr. Sandman, Gaara tribute)

Horror

The AMV Before Halloween (uses the Nightmare Before Christmas intro song, very good)
Mitternacht (E Nomine's Mitternacht, VH:D Bloodlust, others)
-----------
If you download any of these, definitely download AMV Hell and AMV Hell 2... though I will note that those are more eh, adult oriented (esp. 2). But you get such shorts as Hatake Kakashi doing hand-signs to "Go ninja go ninja go!", Evangelion Mountain Dew Rhapsody, "GENDOWNED", ect.

Tired of that crumpled look when out on a hike? Sick of not presenting the world with clean lines when jumping out of a plane? Just don't like not taking everything to the limit?

I present to you Extreme Ironing!
