We have been staying on topic. The topic is the threat of those damn marine animals. The penguins being the masterminds, **cking swimming birds. These dolphins are just another example of their insidious machinations.
Bob, you so crazy. Those penguins are only humoring you. It amuses them that you think you have them under your heel. They think it's pathetic really.
I've got my arsenal along with tons of batter for penguin tampura, and my non-dolphin safe fishing nets. What're you gonna do when the invasion comes and they try to take YOUR homes and YOUR freedom?

Well, from what I saw it seems the harnesses are wired directly into the dolphins. It may be impossible to remove them without killing the subjects.
