The title hints that this could be an optical illusion. Further, the second frame shows an eclipse, and the first frame has a dark circle bordered in white and an image of the moon. I found that if you cross your eyes so that the circle and the moon come together (causing an "eclipse" of sorts), the two identical grids of binary numbers merge and some of the digits seem to "jump out" more than the others, like a stereogram. I would guess that you then match those up with the letters on the 0 and 1 axes to spell something, but not being very good at holding the virtual image for more than a second or two, I'm not really able to proceed down that line very easily.
