Not me. But, my father, and my brother are super-dead heads. (Seriously. It makes car rides with them downright painful.)

Never considered myself a deadhead, but I did see quite a few shows back in the day, when Brent was still alive and so forth... (yes, I'm old)

Not that I have anything against the Dead. I just don't want to hear them for three hours. :)

I agree with you on that, luckily my dad never cares what's on the radio and I only listen to the grateful dead in my car during city driving.

Jazz is Dead

That's not to say I didn't like the Dead back in the day, but comparing Phil Lesh's bass playing to that of Alphonso Johnson is like comparing a kid with a fisher price piano to J.S. Bach.

Blasphemy, I know. Anyways, Jazz is Dead is a cool find for anyone who digs newish-Fusion and the Grateful Dead.

PS: "Friend of the Devil" is def. a favorite.

Any of you heard the 'Grateful Dread', the Raggae cover group?

I had a roommate who was (and for all of me, still is) a Deadhead. It wasn't too bad; I only wound up hearing it a few hours a week. At that dose, I enjoyed it.
