1. There is no such thing as a DFA-proof bunker
2. Interesting tech, but it'll be destroyed pretty quickly by micrometeors and man-made space junk pretty soon if applied to space stations. Old steel is still the best material. Not the lightest or cheapest, but best nevertheless.
3. I don't trust Daily Mail. It's basically The Onion, only people still somehow believe what Daily Mail publishes.
