Pete's little message below about timless space has one key danger to it:

"I have the conceptual outline for a third part of Oceans Unmoving filled with some nice twists and turns that have their seeds in Oceans Unmoving I and II and tying up everything, but as this website is the wrong format, it will have to wait indefinitely."

This sentance alone will spark a horrid pandora's box filled to the brim of Fan fiction and art and comics all stemming from such a loosely opened plot the likes of which internet comics have ever seen.

Not a soul among those who loved this story can not possibly block from their minds the stirring visions of how this story would continue and conclude in some overly climactic way. These visions will dance in the empty space of their hearts and their need to fill it will be so great, the fans themselves.
and the worst of it is that some of these fans will fail miserably, and create horribly convoluted stories full of Marry sues, stupid cameos, innapropriate Yoais. But no matter how terrible they will share it across the world. This will be the most devasting cataclysm the be triggered by a webcomic.

Dear God, what has pete done!!?????

Personally I was hoping for some kind of Vader/Luke-type confrontation between Calix and Jacobs... but it's pretty cliched so I feel kinda silly suggesting it.

Actually, I believe this is the most devasting webcomic-triggered cataclysm.

Seriously, though, I don't think you have to worry. The mods have a strict no-fanfic rule.
