I've been pushing it too. May have just gotten 3 machines functional to vote from, per their rules.

Even as a registered member, I think one may need to reset a router on a shared network for it to recognize multiple devices properly.

I don't think we'll get much higher unless we get some front page support from Pete. I know in the past he's said he doesn't go up for these kinds of awards because he wants to give newer strips a chance, but let's be honest --Sluggy isn't the 500 pound gorilla anymore. There are tons of lesser strips with a higher profile these days.

I still don't think he'd do it for himself, but maybe he'd give a shout out for the vote as a favor to the forums...

The latest 500 pound gorilla was Goblins, where the author also ended up removing the vote button from his site to give other comics a shot at the first ranking.

Looks like we held the line and squeezed in at 94 for September, nice job! Having a little trouble pushing across 100 this month though, keep it up folks, we are only a few votes away!

Dum site is being especially picky about IP addresses this month, keeps blocking me from multiple devices on the same router. Grr.

It's always done that. That's why I vote with the same device, but from different routers. My neighbor's wifi is unprotected.... Just sayin'....
