Anyone have a handy reference for every mention of "Bikini Suicide Frisbee"? (Aside from "Bikini Suicide Frisbee Days" which iirc never once involved Bikini Suicide Frisbee except that one about the beer frisbee.) I'm trying to put on a game and will take every idea I can get.

And maybe have links? Thanks for any info. I'm not finding anything yet but I would recommend checking all of the Fates spider and Mohkahdun Tempest scenes in particular to get a look at his time Tower iconography. The thing that she is sewing lookssuspiciously like a spider web pattern and there is a spider watching her in the corner of one scene. Also something strange in a frame or plaque above her book on the Shelf in the middle panel it almost looks like an egg- magic eggs? But it's more oddly-shaped in the last panel which Maybe Pete trying to avoid that assumption

They feel Mokadun/the gods, but I can't recall seeing them exact symbols else where.

Might be worth checking out past spells said by Gwynn or K'Z'K/Poopypants. As during the final showdown in the desert we saw Pete being very intentional with the symbols.
They could be new but riffs on earlier themes. Management of the fate web has changed as Tempest and Krohnos themselves have evolved, doubtlessly.

Those symbols seem more reminiscent of Wayang Kulit than Mohkadun.

Has Torg ever come face-to-face with Kusari while armed with an empowered Chaz?

Okay, I know "Nowhere near friends, nowhere near the heart" was a callback to something, but I can't remember what... halp?

I think it was just the retort it was intended to be - meaning that Oasis is nowhere near a "friend" and the injury is nowhere near her heart. A NiftySearch of 'friend heart Aylee' did not turn up anything that it even remotely would be a callback to, except possibly this: http://archives.sluggy.com/book.php?cha ... 1999-12-05 (Torg's statement in the last row of the comic). I also did a NiftySearch for just 'friend heart' without 'Aylee', and still did not come up with anything. So I think it's just one of those cool sounding retorts that sounds like it should refer to something 'special', yet does not...

All this talk of fiery demon lords has reminded me that Aylee's response was actually quite similar to http://archives.sluggy.com/book.php?cha ... 2004-11-15 and the following strip (Lord Horribus being stabbed by Mosp). "Nowhere near friends. Nowhere near heart" v. "Mosp was a little high and to the right [of my heart/soul]. You three are always aiming a little high", with similar dark face and jagged mouth, followed by throwing the person that went for the heart-stab. That could be considered a callback, possibly. At the very least it would make the scene with Aylee ring some bells.

Chaz is powered up, because Kusari is "innocent" by his standards, and he sliced into her arm on the way by in the first strip. He's chit-chatting with Torg, too. And then there's this one. Chaz is powered up by running through the first Kusashi, but Torg gets him kicked out of his grasp by the second one. He IS powered up, and Torg is facing Kusari. So, I would say that yes, he has. Does that answer the question, Thom?
