"That's no moon. Its an anima user"
"Its too big to be an anima user"
"Turn this ship arou... I mean RUN"

Also: that's freaking scary.

We never really do talk much about how Riff is the Tech Horseman of the Apocalypse and Gwynn is the Magic / Divine Horsewoman of the Apocalypse.

Unfortunately here, she's the nothing horseman of the Apocalypse so I hope the two of them have some good running shoes on.

I really wish Riff hadn't kicked the dfa. Worst future ever.

Shoot, I wish I hadn't read this after not being able to sleep. Terrified.

Also, Gwynn did a good job at helping Riff. In the midst of this, she got him to laugh, and a little bit of opening up as well.

I have no idea what they're going to do though.

A bedeviled that size couldn't get here on its own.
It must have been lost, been part of a convoy or something.
It's heading for that small moon.
That's no moon! It's a bedeviled station.
I have a very bad feeling about this.

It's been a long time since I've actually said "[I need to stop bypassing the @$%# word filters -Z]" out loud upon reading this strip. Good time to start panicking.

Wait, those are moons? All this time I thought they were suns... or possibly one sun, that has an anima.

It's night time. They're not suns.

And those new things aren't moons. Time to follow Cupidine ... which raises a question. Usually the DFA zappos you to a random dimension, right? But it's not doing that now. It's turned into a time machine. It's been predictably (twice!) zapping them to the same dimension, 5000 years in the future. So does that mean they'll end up right where Cupidine went?

That was a touching moment between them, and it's always nice to see such moments from Gwynn.
