Hah! I love today. I wouldn't have expected that people would always act true, just because their anima gives them away.
Politicians seem to have a hard time in this world.

Fat squid, holy man: my thought immediately go to the demon converting squid spear.
I spot an apple kart. I demand Riff ride something through it. 1380's Style.

Grammarcy?
Also, interesting that the messenger birds lack anima... They have to be intelligent enough to be trained to go from one place to another. I guess "intelligence" is not sufficient to have an anima?

It's not just the similar 'stache. He has a similar flowing robe that bends in the same way and a similar brooch in the same place and come on... we all know Pete has done this sort of thing before. :)
(Also worth noting that we haven't learned the name of the king yet)

I don't see a similar 'stache. Fezeel has little streaks (facial hair?) coming from his sideburns area, but stopping on the cheeks. Nothing on his upper lip. I always assumed his streaks were skin pigmentation, not hair, but I could be wrong. But if they're hair, I'd say they're closer to sideburns than to a mustache. And they're definitely not like the king's.

Wasn’t there a Cedric during the Storm Breaker/Bug Squisher era? When Torg and Zoe got transported back? I can’t figure out on my phone how to search the archives. I think he looked different though.

There certainly are some similarities between advisor Cedric and advisor Osric
