As the people raised their hands to the pie in the sky, Monday looked down upon them and said, "The beans shall never be used as a condiment!" As the filling words washed over the people and they were sated, they began to chant in unison. "Spork! Spork! Spork!" Monday lifted one of its letters slightly and the chanting stopped. Things became as silent as a hippo barbecuing a radish. "The dinner shall always be served with a salt grain on the side!" The people were so overcome by their hunger for Monday's words, many were fainting on the spot. Monday merely gazed upon them and then turned and walked away like Thor who was drinking too much mustard with a straw. ---- Taste for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to taste everyday.

That last panel reminds me of something. The font and color have been used before. But when?

Wonder if the switch has been flipped? I wonder who the good Dr fears upsetting more. Oasis or Kusari.

And now we know the plural of Kusari.

I love the last panel! I'm also glad that Zoe is on top of things here. Torg is better off when he has the resources to make on-the-spot strategic plans.

Epic. Yeah, I laughed at that pretty good. I'm still waiting for a Torg/Riff debate on it. Pending survival of the human race, of course. Been a long time since we had a punathon.

Torg is a man of action. Sometimes that action is to run away but he is definitely in his element now.

That was more than ten years ago. We need to know what happened to Kiki's mink prince in Siberia.
