I assume you meant August 28? [Um... You saw nothing. -Z]Anyway. That was quite cathartic.

Look out, Schlock. Riff is pissed.

Doc: let me see how bad the hole in my left hand is. Oh wait, {puts left hand in front of left eye-patch} this was pointless. I HAVE NOTHING LEFT! Riff: Nice pun Doc: This isn't funny!

Riff can say so much in so few words. "I beg to differ" carries a lot of weight and history. His expressions, when he has them, say so much, especially in the last panel.
But I love that the reason for the plunger is the "domp" sound.
I want to hear Schlock's explanation, though I suspect much of it will double as stalling.

I don't see how Schlock can say anything that can justify all the crap he's pulled and/or that Riff doesn't already know.
Riff, on the other hand, has a lot he could say that Schlock knows nothing about. I think there needs to be more stabbing first - better make real sure its not a decoy.

Im with Riff. The only way to truly be sure a man is not a balloon is to stab him in the hand with a screwdriver

I just remembered Dr. Schlock's orders to kill Riff on sight. First by the base and then in the space ship. How do you talk to someone who has sent minions to murder you?

It just goes to show the kind of hero Riff is that he hasn't murdered Schlock already. I don't think many people would have a serious problem with putting that screw driver in the doc's jugular, all things considered.

Should we be worried about the deflating control panel? They don't seem to be worried.
Or Schlock's deflating blood pressure. That can't be good. But I'm more worried about the control panel than Schlock.

what i said yesterday about "we don't know where that plunger's been" seems prophetic. lol.
if riff had seen schlock run from zoe the way he did, he'd know this is not a decoy. but i like verification too. ;)

And don't forget Sasha's kill-order, and probably more... I'm wondering what Schlock was going to say to Riff before he was so rudely interrupted.

Whatever, Schlock.
I'm pretty sure those nanites will have him repaired shortly.
Riff... do what you must.

Otherwise they would have fixed his eye a long time ago. Wasn't his eye taken out before he had the nanites (and hence before he could get a snapshot)? Zoe's non-snapshot rebuild was complete, but I don't think Schlock would want that.
