Wednesday walked out the side door of its abode and was walking absentmindedly towards its vehicle when something strange caught its attention. So it stopped and looked up at the sky. There was not a single cloud out and the sky was a menacing shade of purple.

This made no sense to Wednesday. It was normally blue in the day, and black at night. Reds and oranges while it was transitioning between those two. White and grays if it was overcast and possibly raining. But it has never been a solid purple.

Wednesday pondered it a bit longer, but it might to be late for work if it didn't leave very shortly. The Overlords would be very unhappy if it was late. If the color of the sky was important, it was sure they would let it know. So it knew it did not need to worry.

Whelp, it needed to get to work. The indigenous population of this planet at this sector's processing plant won't enslave themselves.

Not even Schlock is that stupid...what's going on here?

Also... Do it, Gwynn. Just do it.

Yeah, Gwynn's suit. (Rowr!) Where is Cappy-Bo? That's something that Schlock would be VERY interested in if he knew about it...

No, you didn't "just" collect the data, you monster. You also blocked communications so nobody could warn them, among other things. I wonder if Riff ever told Gwynn about that.

Well, at least we know that's the real Schlock. An inflatable decoy would have popped upon seeing Gwynn.

Heck, *I* almost popped on seeing Gwynn!
Rawr!

Anywho, why is Schlock being so nice to her, other than the obvious? It's not like him.
And I wonder when he's going to notice the lack of glasses? I can understand why he hasn't even seen her eyes yet, but he's got to notice sooner or later!

She is not going to buy that excuse, Schlock.
And yes, where is Cappy-Bo?
I'm a bit worried about his absence and the title of this sub-chapter...

I have no idea how Schlock's going to get out of this one alive. Gwynn can literally kill him with her mind.

It's space pin-up Gwynn. IN SPACE!

Schlock turning his back on her is either because he's got a plan ready, or because his brain just fell out of his head.

Forget cappy. Since when has Gwynn needed magic to stick forks in people’s heads? And that’s just for mundane goofy things.

Ref hunters? Let’s see a montage of Gwynn inflicting non-magical violence on people! Perhaps to the tune of baby elephant walk?

Yep, I am not seeing Cappy-Bo. Not that Gwynn needs her powers to give Schlock a bad time. Last time they interacted she kicked him in the groin so hard he "upended into a U-shape", as quoted by one of the shoulder angel/devils. But the lack of the plant will certainly give her an advantage over further advancing her advantage (that sounded weird to say, hah).
I think Schlock turned away from her to keep from looking at her scantily-clad body. I don't think he realizes just how much damage she can cause. Otherwise he would have kept her locked up in "holding", not be alone with her in his personal quarters. He is seriously underestimating her.

I keep forgetting Gwynn is the only person Schlock is really terrified of.

Is Schlock really stupid enough to break Evil Overlord List rule 26?

Or is it rule 10 he's breaking?

With Gwynn dressed like that, maybe it's rule 34.
