Friday is following in Otherday's demented footsteps and is giving you part 2 of something that you will want to gouge your eyes out after viewing, but now new and improved! It now makes 200% less sense! Woohoo! But you never know, some deranged person might explain it. Not likely---- Vote for Sluggy Freelance at Top Web Comics. Remember to vote EACH day.

Is it just me, or has Chaz been active for an unusually long amount of time?

Half comic day. Apparently.
Yeah, I figured that about Chaz too. Guess Torg needs someone to talk to for plotline’s same.

Apparently the answer to all of the "can he resist the big shiny button" is no. Turned out better than I thought it would though. I like Torg's "just in case cringe" Dodger77 wrote: Is it just me, or has Chaz been active for an unusually long amount of time? I'd have to look at the timeline I made again, but I don't think it's been too long in the strip compared to real life.

I looked back at my timeline, and yes, in real life, Chaz has been powered up since August 16th, but in the strip, all that's happened to Torg is running after Chen, finding the rebirth facility and exploring with Chen, getting locked in, and then deciding to go deeper, then finding the Oasis clones. It can't have been more than a few hours, and probably less, and Chaz hasn't had to fight yet.

I knew he couldn't resist.
Makes me wonder why the Oasis-bodies have to crawl through that tube first to get to the shower station. (And not in a pervy way, either)

Yeah, Torg, don't you dare even trying to exit that location without some more answers! At the very least, meaning of O.A.S.I.S. would be nice. I wonder how Oasis body acts during the rebirth, too, since Oasis's consciousness and memories pick up only after leaving the rebirth facility.

Rekk isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the box. I'd wondered how long Chaz has been powered too. I didn't think fighting tired him since we've never seen Chaz fade mid fight yet.

It might be a shorter (and possibly half) comic, but I still appreciate it. I was worried that Wednesday was going to be the only comic this week! Also, c'mon Torg. You're not even a little bit curious about where the set of wet footprints goes? You don't want to confirm whether or not there's an empty tank left behind? Walk around the perimeter of the room to check for surprises? This is only Oasis, who you've spent years trying to figure out.I guess maybe he wanted to take an opportunity to get out and find Chen and stop him while he still could. I could give him that. I doubt that Chaz has been active for more than 15 minutes in comic time. If I recall, Torg ran away straight from Kusari straight into Oasis, and ran after Chen directly after that. He found Chen walking slowly around where the rebirth facility door, which was still open, was, so it can't have been that long to walk into the facility. And even though they explored it, it hasn't been shown to be very big, and Torg seemed to move pretty quickly. That said, this might be close to a record for how long he's been active out-of-universe. R3D 1S TH3 B3ST COLOR! P3T3, L1K3 4NY S4N3 P3RSON, OBV1OUSLY AGR33S 4S 1T'S TH3 COLOR H3 H1GHL1GHTS MOST 1N BL4ACK-4ND-WH1T3 STR1PS.
I wonder how long this sunglass-based pattern of references can go on...

I think it's a robotic slip n' slide.

You would've thought Torg would at least look around a bit more before trying to leave. FullMetalArchivist wrote: R3D 1S TH3 B3ST COLOR! P3T3, L1K3 4NY S4N3 P3RSON, OBV1OUSLY AGR33S 4S 1T'S TH3 COLOR H3 H1GHL1GHTS MOST 1N BL4ACK-4ND-WH1T3 STR1PS.
