Looking at the flashback, I finally figured out why Riff was wearing a glove on his head. It was because Dr. Shankraft doesn't have any hair on top of his head. Luckily they both have long hair in the back.

Shankraft and Montgomery might be the most "in charge" people at the moment. I wonder who supercedes who.

Pretty sure Shankraft was the head of r&d (or similarly named). Montgomery is definitely the weaker scientist of the two, so... Shankraft all the way.

Of course, there is no hereti corp anymore, so I wouldn't place much value in hierarchy anyway!

Yeah, if rank makes a difference, Shankraft was on the Board.

I had to check because I couldn't remember if any of Bun-bun's pirates were women, but yep, two of them are. I wonder if that's Sairz or Patchpeg giving him a jaunty thumbs-up.
