It's coming up in about a month out here in San Diego. Who's planning on showing up?

I wish I could but I'm completely broke 'cause I'm moving in a couple months. But to meet Pete Abrams would be a dream come true for me.

PETE IS GOD!!!!!

I was thinking about going, I'm not sure what kind of schedule I'll have in mid July, so I'll have to wait and see.

Thanks, DD. I can't exactly start threads here on my own. :sasha:

We should organize a gathering. Lunch, or something on Saturday.

If someone is chartering a free flight and renting out a few spare hotel rooms, I think I could scrounge enough together for admission. Any takers? No? I'll bring Kristy! Still no takers? Yea, guess I'm out.

Maybe a road trip? There are enough east coasters. No?

I'm an east coaster, but I probably wouldn't have the money. How much are we looking at here?

Road trip cross country....with the price of gas hovering around $3 a gallon + lodging, food, and the 2 weeks it would take each way to get there and back......yea, I think it would be easier to do our best impressions of snakes and get on a plane.

Either way, the answer is "expensive"

Actually, I can get it for $2.80 right now, but I figured across the country, it would average to $3.
