Waffle and angrysunbird-done and done.
drachefly-I couldn't find the U of P, so I just put you in Philadelphia. If you can tell me where the University is, generally, I'll move it.

I'm just keeping myself on there twice. It's easier.

Ya know, you'd think that at the very least, the Google Earth people could have at least put the states up on Australia. I understand that the roads are going to be hell, (although Melbourne and Sydney have near-perfect street directories, so you could probably do it), but at the very least, note States and Capitals!
Does anyone know if you can contact the Google Earth people to discuss these sorts of things?

I checked and I am WAY WAY off from where I actually live, so I just put "Phoenix" Besides, its easier not haveing all the Arizonan members all on top of each other.

There was no map for where I lived. I had to use the satellite. I'd actually found my apartment building on Google Earth once before, so it was much quicker this time around.

Maybe it's just the computer that I'm on, but when it loads, I get the words around the map suggesting a donation, but no map.

I got the same thing for about a minute, then the map came up... followed almost immediately by a warning from my virus software that it was blocking a Trojan Horse...

About 1 mile due West, just across the river (the Schuykill, not the Delaware). I'm at 33rd and Walnut, in the NW corner of the funky-shaped block with the train tracks on the back. It should be easy to see at zoom level 3.
Thanks! And hey, if anyone wants to drop by... ;)

Well, I went back and looked at the map and it turns out it still could've zoomed in a little bit more. I noticed the satellite feature, and it turns out I hit my neighbor's house.
But I just couldn't resist the zoom!

Hey, my street is so new that it isn't even on the map. I think I'm in the local snow dump.

I am in Vail, CO. I looked for other Sluggites, after placing myself, and there isn't anyone for 1000 miles that reads Sluggy.
I am so alone.

Iiiiiiiiiiinteresting. The American Sluggites seem to be concentrated on the East and West ends of the country, with few in the middle. Should I resist the temptation to go all sociological and speculate about what that means?
