first, right-click on the image and copy the URL ( http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/305/050408afv3.gif ). Then go to Profile. At the bottom of Profile is a box that says "Link to offsite avatar". Paste the URL into that box and click submit.
Easy as cake.

okay you H.A.P.s I have a request for an animated avatar.
There is a family guy Episode where Chris holds up a John 3:16 sign, Meg asks what it means, and Brian looks it up in the bible and says "and the lord said, Go Sox."
I would like that animated as completely as possible under 40Kb for use here and on Livejournal.
