Don't wanna polute this thread too much, but I've begun making micros of the Sluggyverse, and posting them. So far, I have Torg, Riff, Gwynn, Alt Gwynn, and Zoe. Sam and Oasis are probably next. Maybe Horribus.

I dragged Wikipedia's article on albatrosses up to such a low standard that they featured it. Feel free to have a look, but if you want to edit it be warned, it's about albatrosses, the birds, and not Serenity, the movie, so there is no need to expand the Albatrosses and culture with any more Serenity trivia. Thank you.

I've started a quasi-professional blog. I hope for it to be of a quality-level worthy of resume-padding, and maybe I'll even get enough hits to earn, like, a dollar off it.
Reviewing Whatever
I'm open to suggestions of things to be reviewed!

<a href="http://edge.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=7029&SRC=FrontPage">How to Cook an Elf!</a>
Do you hate elves? Do their frollicking ways bother you? Does the fact that they live longer or get that +1 bonus to swords and long bows really make you wish you could do something about it? Well now you can! This handy dandy table, the first in the Abominable Codex series, contains the part of the elf, the name of the dish, the difficulty in cooking it, along with a secret alchemical bonus roll (complete with side effect) that can give a special ELF bonus to certain skill rolls.

Welp, since I still haven't gotten any replies from emails to Pete, and the period of burnout is already over with the next storyline starting up, and since it definitely seems to have teh possibility for major character changes to happen to Gwyn (either losing her glasses, or possibly losing/quitting her job/her job being destroyed by real zombies) and since Wile E felt that showing off my little fancomic should stick to this thread, I'll just post up the full fancomic while it's still relevant and in context. If anyone can't see it. just give me a pm with an email address and I'll send it to you if you'd like.
(and if having the images up like this cause too much trouble, just let me know, I'll break them back down to just being links)

I haven't updated in a while as real world responsibilities take priority, but I am currently working on Chapter 13 and hope to have it up by the end of the year.

I made a movie!
Yes, you can now see my very first student film made here at USC! It is available on YouTube right here.
It's called "Taylor-made". It was created as a practice run for the Ed Wood Film Festival--a campus wide event where teams of 5 filmmakers create a short film based on a theme in 24 hours. That's every part, from concept and script to editing, rendering, and delivering the finished product. In this case, the theme was "New and Improved."
This is really the "director's cut," representing the 24 hours of work, plus 5 or 6 more worth of polishing (adding music, filters, etc.) It was shot on DV.
You'll see my name in the credits under writing, along with many other people. Actually, I wrote the screenplay (with a little help from Evans Winters) off of the concept the rest of them came up with; I also acted in the film, helped block out some of the shots (including the entire classroom scene), and helped score it (the two latter songs are ones I found). (The three songs are: "Perpetuum Mobile" by Penguin Cafe Orchestra, "Singing in My Sleep" by Semisonic, and "Ghost of York" by As Tall As Lions. Oh, and there's also some music from The Sixth Sense--The "Suicide Ghost" track, in the pool scene.)
This was an incredibly fun (and tiring) project to do. We did it from 3:30pm on Sunday to about 10:00pm Monday. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Here is an accomplishment I am most definitely proud of. Meet Princess Blanc! She was born September 20th. (Missed Talk Like a Pirate Day by three hours, durn it!)
