That'll show him.
Are any of the NPCs Arkady is familiar with around, or is he the only one he's acquainted with on the spot? Besides Raven, of course...

Just curious if Roger heard Felix's gun shots.

How does it ripple? Like the image of the Seeker ripples because it's an illusion or something about the Seeker itself ripples when it's body is struck?

All the PCs have walkie talkies to communicate right? Also, how big is the barrel of Pesticide that Roger made? Can he carry it or will it have to be rolled?

- It looks like it's a "because-it's-an-illusion" ripple, though Felix isn't exactly an expert on magic-based illusions. Regardless, the robes ripple along with the body, which makes it look like the thing's an illusion.
- All PCs have walkie talkies.
- It would need to be rolled. It's a pretty big barrel.

So Arkady is among indeterminate people?

Did Felix understand Roger or did the signal come through too garbled to understand? I'm unsure if I'm inside the barrier or forging a path through it or what

Arkady is standing among a bunch of indeterminate (but, at least in theory, completely neutral) Guards. Piper's in the background (but around if needed) and of course Raven is there as well.
Anyone else will need to (at the very least) have their attention attracted by a yell, which is not permitted by the rules from the guest galleries.
--------------
There is some static in the signal, but Felix can get what Roger is saying. Maybe it's because you're close enough?

What principles does my Night Vision operate on? If it's thermal based could I use it to try and detect anything that might be hidden by an illusion? You know, look for body heat?
Otherwise, Night Vision hasn't been doing me much good as of late. When I get a chance with some time and tools I'd like to swap it out for some kind of other sensor. Active Sonar or something. Help me detect things hidden or obscured by magic. See if things are solid or not.

It hasn't come up in a long while, but how are we doing the rules on conceding in a conflict? You know, in case Felix and Theresa lose this conflict. I'd rather like to avoid becoming a Bug Bitten Seeker Slave if I can avoid it.
I think FATE had rules about concessions and whatnot to keep characters from outright dying? Like Felix makes the concession of being brutally injured and giving up the chase or something, but otherwise manages to avoid capture or being bitten.

Night Vision is basically infrared sights.
Conceding in a conflict means that you present what you think is a decent and reasonable end to the conflict (generally one in which your character loses but lives another day). If it seems vaguely plausible (considering the forces against you) then it happens like that and all is more-or-less well. At least, you get to live another day.
When facing an army, for example, you might fall off a cliff into a river and get washed away to safety; while the army at the same time achieves their objective (whatever it was).
In this particular case, the forces arrayed against Felix make a mere army look trivial in comparison, and there are no handy rivers to fall into, so Felix' odds look kind of grim.

Oh.
Joy.
I'm going to give this Azash fellow such a pinch if I ever get the chance. He's an irritating fellow. Side note it might be the smart player choice to wait for that warning.

Felix may want to call the local power who does have a habit of intervening on behalf of Terrans, and quickly. She may be his only chance right now. Unless he wants to try to ask the Elene god for help too, as this is his city and he probably wants it back.

The last Roger saw them, the trucks were all in Dolmant's courtyard.
It won't be hard to get the keys (Dolmant's parlour), but there might be a little distance involved.
