About twenty seconds if he uses his Universal Gadget stunt to do it. Without the Stunt, he'll find some vital piece of equipment (perhaps the motors for the propellers) seems to have been misplaced. Alternatively, the hunchbacked servant has left you without anyone watching you. You could just go sneaking around exploring at night.

I'd suggest we speed the resolution to this arc up a bit. Get the ball moving and people posting.

Yeah. That would be a good idea.
I'll try to roll things forward.

I don't suppose I'd be able to tag Nate's Classified aspect to gain temporary immunity to the magic silent movie playing at the altar, representing a lifetime of military training and exposure to violent and disturbing imagery and acts during his time in the special forces and beyond?

This is explicitly supposed to be the sort of thing that makes hardened special forces soldiers throw up into buckets, so no.
You can tag Nate's Classified aspect to temporarily strengthen his Resolve, though, giving him a +2 for one round every time he spends a Fate point; not immunity, but a temporary strengthening of his resolve. Personally, I'd suggest using that mainly to avoid Consequences - if you take no Consequences, then you'll be fine (or at least functional again - everyone who sees this is probably going to have nightmares about it at some point) once you've had five minutes to pull yourself together.

With a Resolve of +1 I think it best Felix avoids looking at the images. I imagine Sir Ulath is covering what angles we are not.

Sir Ulath is keeping his eyes mostly on the door, as it is the only point of entry for anything that can neither teleport nor move through stone.

Can I spend a fate point to have shotgun shells loaded with rock salt, or is that something I could have prepped beforehand?

You can spend a Fate point to retroactively have had that prepped.

I shall do so, then. Hope it's effective on ghost-like things.

Apparently it's not particularly effective on ghost-like things. Or, at least, not this particular ghost-like thing.
