After the thirty seconds stop, there is an audible popping sound, and Kai reappears. A cursory glance indicates that the HP gauge refilled to about halfway. There is no other sound from the forest. The unclaimed item continues to sit in the field.

OOC: First come first serve, i guess? Anyways, last chance to have quick conversation before leaving this field.

"Well, good." Clarence puts the Sap of Life back into his inventory. "Now I wonder - if you hold onto one of those cards for twenty-nine seconds, then let go, can you bring someone back with one seconds' contact later? ...and yeah, anyone want to use the axe?"

The axe flashes silently a moment longer, and then pops into fragments. A last notification pops on the tutorial screen. "Unclaimed items degrade after a minute in the field. Unusable items can still be sold for funds, or modified by a crafter for materials."

The field flashes, and the remaining bits of fire go out. The trees do not reappear, and neither does the burnt greenery. But the ground levels out. The cracks and rises formed by the boss' impact vanish, as the field simply pops back into its original elevation.

At the end of the clearing, the gate flickers back into existence. The players are drawn to it, naturally. Once one of them touches the silvery field in the center, the entire party gets the message: "Auto transporting. Now loading Dwarrow."

And the world dissolves into a tunnel of glowing light. The players get the clear sensation of flying, as a "Loading Zone" message floats in front of them.

In the distance, a massive land can be seen. From their vantage point, the party flies over a forested region, past grasslands. In front of them is a mountain range. The tallest peaks are covered in snow, and some are wreathed in clouds, thick white cover that hides the full height. But the flight is instead heading towards the base of a medium sized mountain. As it resolves, structures can be seen sitting upon the leading ridge at the base. The buildings are mixed in appearance, some seemingly hewed out of the rock and others built on top of it

The deceptively slow approach suddenly accelerates, and the feeling of flight spikes, causing a brief feeling of motion sickness, before the view fades out just as the buildings of the rock based town come into clear view.

For a moment, the view is black, nothing in sight. Then a simple message scrolls across the screen.

Now Entering Dwarf City Dwarrow. Welcome to Odjnmir.

OOC: Ok, and thread over! ill be posting the next one in just a second.
