I renewed my Defenders account in early August but it's showing as expired. I tried sending an email via the website, but I have had no response (and didn't expect it really, given the way the email system seems to be a black hole.) So who can I contact about this?

Hmm, possibly Tom ([email protected]) or maybe rit. I'll ask rit.

Thanks. My Defenders account is the same as the account in this forum (my name). Payment was sent via paypal on Aug 4, but the account expired on Aug 11 without being renewed.

ps. I just sent an email to Tom.

Hmm. Still no responses. Did rit have anything to say?

It's starting to bother me, as it's been a month now. I understand Pete has trouble keeping up with his email and all, but this isn't really the way to keep longtime "Defenders" continuing to resubscribe. Email is the only contact method on the website, and if it doesn't work, then what?

rit was recently out of town and probably hasn't caught up with all his email. Tom had posted another email on the main page tricket AT gmail.com, try that one.

Oh good. I had checked with rit and Tom is definitely the one to contact for Defenders issues. I guess we'll have to make a note to refer people to his gmail address.
