I'm surprised no one has figured this out yet, if it hasn't been dealt with already, but obviously the server clock is the only thing that needs to be adjusted. Since sluggy.net and sluggy.com are on the same space, that is why both the board and the site think 1AM is 12AM.

Because they change the clock when real countries, like Israel, change the clock, at the end of March.

actually the real reason the time hasn't updated is that the server that runs sluggy hasn't been updated yet. To Load the DST patch takes upwards of an hour, and during that time the server will first be slow, then be unavailable during a reboot.

You COULD just manually adjust the time by one hour, and wait for a more opportune time to apply a patch, considering you have plenty of time.
But that's just me mentioning what we did for over two hundred voip relays, it has no real world relevance.

this was brought up in wargs with the tourneys and i think it is good for things on the boards that have some time limit since all of us live in different timezones. I propose that one day here in sluggy land is equal to the time between one sluggy comic posting and another sluggy comic posting. even if the server is strange on the time it's still the time between comics. so if it doen't load or update then it's just a long day.
this could make a good standard. any one aggree?
